Nebulizer valve for car paints

Modern car paints are multi-layer structured systems sprayed to the body-in-white in synchronized sequential processes. This spray process is accomplished with precisely defined paints which are nebulized by admixture of air in order to achieve ideal adhesion and drying.

Valve rail for paper moistening system

Moisturizing of paper strips prevents paper from sticking together in the manufacturing process. The P15 Spider-valve optimized by Staiger is designed to accommodate the essential parameter: extremely tight tolerances.

Valve for carpet and textile printing

The drop-generating nozzle is already integrated in this P07 Spider valve. The result is a very small valve with a very high switching speed and up to 4 billion operation cycles, thus meeting maximum requirements.
