Valve for carpet and textile printing
The drop-generating nozzle is already integrated in this P07 Spider valve. The result is a very small valve with a very high switching speed and up to 4 billion operation cycles, thus meeting maximum requirements.
There are up to 12,000 single valves in an ink-jet printer for carpet printing. In these printing machines, one valve is set per pixel in order to achieve high-precision color definitions. High repeatability rate is a core function of this valve.
