Nebulizer valve for car paints
Modern car paints are multi-layer structured systems sprayed to the body-in-white in synchronized sequential processes. This spray process is accomplished with precisely defined paints which are nebulized by admixture of air in order to achieve ideal adhesion and drying.
The precise Staiger valves are installed at the spray nozzle to regulate the air flow to the nebulizer nozzle. These valves are extremely robust in their structure, as they must also be capable of resisting aggressive rinsing agents for cleaning the paint shop installation.
