Valve rail for paper moistening system

Moisturizing of paper strips prevents paper from sticking together in the manufacturing process. The P15 Spider-valve optimized by Staiger is designed to accommodate the essential parameter: extremely tight tolerances.

As these valves can also be operated as quasi-proportional valves, dosing via the individual valves is both simple and precise alike. The extremely high processing speed of the paper strips requires the jet nozzles and the valves to feature outstanding spray quality and precise spray volume control.

The 15-mm version of this valve is suited for high packing density and this provides for an extremely planar moisturizing reliably achieved also with high processing speeds.
