Microvalves for air-pressure regulation in blood-pressure gauges

In this application, the focus is on the combination of comfort for the user and technical precision. The air is regulated in the arm cuff for blood pressure measurement.

The valves regulate the pressure in the blood-pressure cuff and controlled deflation of the air. They provide for more comfort for measurement both in stationary as well as mobile devices.

Pressure without excess pressure
Reversible deflation valves are installed to be able to flexibly use arm cuffs depending upon patients‘ age and constitution. A quick-action flat-armature valve (P07 Spider) assures that differential-pressure measurement is accurate.
