The valves regulate the pressure in the blood-pressure cuff and controlled deflation of the air. They provide for more comfort for measurement both in stationary as well as mobile devices.

Reversible deflation valves are installed to be able to flexibly use arm cuffs depending upon patients‘ age and constitution. A quick-action flat-armature valve (P07 Spider) assures that differential-pressure measurement is accurate.
