Impact of the coronavirus pandemic

On this page we would like to inform our customers and partners about our current operational status in times of the corona pandemic.

As a system relevant supplier in the medical technology industry, we will maintain our operations at all times! However, protecting our employees has the highest priority and we consistently implement the recommendations of our regional health department and the regional medical profession.

Due to urgent and short-term orders that directly combat the CORONA pandemic, we can no longer completely rule out delays in our deliveries. We try to reduce such effects to a minimum and inform you proactively in the case of a possible delay.


We kindly ask for your understanding, that we currently

  • cannot answer general inquiries or questionnaires about our risk management, human resources, health management, inventories, supply chain, suppliers, delivery dates and other eventualities

  • cannot promptly confirm delivery dates for new orders and outstanding order confirmations

We will contact you as soon as possible if there is an impact on your delivery dates.
